  • Remember to recored Parcel Opening Video, And this Video should be with out any stop/pause.

  • Returns are possible only if we ( delivered you a wrong product / damaged product .
    In such cases please inform us with in 24 hours of order delivery along with the parcel opening Video

  • For all Pre-booking items , please check the pre-booking processing time mentioned in the product details and size before booking the order, Exchange and Return are not possible on all Pre-booking items

  • All return request should contain the parcel opening video ,
    we will not be able to process your complaints with out parcel opening video

  • To start a return, you can contact us at or whatsapp +91 9633086787 along with the parcel opening video. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded within 5-7 business days

  • In some cases, Its possible that there will be a slight variation (0-5%) of variation in lighting and color of the images due to digital photography,
    returns are not processed for these cases

  • Make sure you provide the proper recipient address and contact details to avoid shipping issues, if the parcel is returned to origin due to an incorrect address or phone given by the customer, then the customer will have to bear the shipping charges

  • Please read the description twice before buying and check the size measurements/ chart before booking. As returns are not possible if you booked the wrong size and it doesn't fit.
